Regarding the package system, is there a way to notify a resident of a Perishable item which needs to be picked up sooner rather than later?

Yes, Livvie's package management system includes features to address perishable items efficiently. When a perishable package arrives at your property and is scanned into the system using Livvie, our platform allows you to set specific notifications. These notifications will inform the resident promptly that they have a perishable item waiting for them in the package room. Perishable requires the resident to pick up a deliverable within a specific time frame, versus the standard rate of time in which a resident can pick up. All this can be customized during our onboarding process and configured through the package section of the settings page.

These notifications will be sent via SMS, or push notifications through the Livvie mobile app, ensuring that residents are aware of the urgency and can retrieve their perishable items as soon as possible.

Livvie not only streamlines package management but also helps ensure that perishable items are handled with care and residents are promptly informed, providing a seamless and convenient experience for both property staff and residents.
