Livvie uses your mobile number and a text code. There is no password, and the number must match the one your association has on file.

• Not receiving the code? Wait a minute before tapping again, check blocked or junk texts, and save 786-705-4889 as “Livvie”.
• “Number not registered”, new phone, or new unit? Your management office sets your login phone in Livvie, and it works right away. For your privacy, we never change phone numbers from chat or e-mail.
• Own more than one unit? Tap the unit name at the top right of the app to switch.
