The management office enters her into the association’s records: unit, contact details, photo, vehicle, the people authorized to come and go on her behalf. Then a second person enters a version of the same information into the access control system, because that system keeps its own separate list of who is allowed through a door. Same resident, two databases, two screens. Her credential activates the next morning.
