Keith has held key roles in several prominent organizations, including Flow, FirstService Residential, and Fontainebleau Miami Beach. His professional journey ranges from serving as a VIP Services & Concierge Supervisor to leading teams as Director of Openings and Transitions, showcasing his ability to successfully lead in challenging and dynamic environments.

Keith holds a degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the College of Charleston.
